Delivery and Installation
Our buildings include delivery and installation services! But before your building kits arrives, here’s what you’ll need to know to get ready:
- Lead Times
Boss Buildings offers some of the shortest lead times in the industry. In most cases, this can range from 4-8 weeks, but it will take around 6 on average. - Permits
Prior to installation, you’ll want to prepare your building site and obtain all the necessary building permits. You’ll want to speak with local building inspectors and zoning officials to determine what regulations you must abide by. - Site Prep
You’ll want to clear your building site of any vegetation or debris and ensure it is completely level. At this point, you’ll need to hire third-party concrete and foundation experts to lay your foundation.
This foundation will need to match the footprint of your structure at a minimum and be between 6 and 8 inches deep, depending on local frost lines and building usage. - Professional Installation
Once you’ve made your down payment and scheduled the installation, you can relax, kick back, and let us handle the rest.
