Looking for the absolute BEST way to keep your car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or other vehicles protected, safe, and secure? Then come see THE BOSS and check out all of our great premium vertical roof carport options!
Vertical roof metal garages are really your best solution for covering multiple vehicles, and they’re also the best design for buildings of larger dimensions. With a vertical steel garage, you can go as wide as 70’, and you can also customize the building length and height however you want. Read on to learn more about our premier level of metal structures!
If you’ve become familiar with metal garages, you may have learned that they usually come in three roof options – regular, A-frame (or boxed eave), and vertical. What’s different about vertical? Like the boxed eave garage, a vertical garage is built on an A-frame design. The notable exterior difference is that the roof panels are oriented vertically, instead of horizontally. The vertical paneling directs away rain, snow, and debris with ease.
14 gauge galvanized steel framing with center bracing and 29 gauge metal roofing. All base units have 6’ legs spaced 5’ on center or less, and (4) 2’ corner braces for added strength and stability. Concrete or rebar anchors included.
You can design your own custom building with THE BOSS!
For shedding various precipitation and debris off of your roof, nothing beats the vertical paneling design of a vertical metal garage. Rain, snow, sleet, and more are effectively channeled right off your roof with nothing more than gravity. But there are more advantages with a vertical garage, too. Because it’s constructed on a rugged A-frame and then reinforced with added bracing and reinforcement, the vertical roof is also the sturdiest available metal roof design. Nothing beats the performance, resilience, and flexibility of design and usage that comes with a premium vertical garage. THE BOSS is pleased to offer vertical steel structures in a number of popular applications, including carports, garages, barns, utility buildings, workshops, and more!
You can buy steel garages from a number of places these days, but not all steel garages are made the same. With THE BOSS, you can customize your vertical garage any way you please. You have the freedom to choose your preferred building dimensions, steel gauges, door & window options, certification, colors, and much more!
How many vehicles do you need to protect and safeguard? Got other items you’d like to secure too? We can provide vertical steel garages to cover one, two, three, four vehicles, or more! You decide the width, length, and height that work best for you. Got any special design considerations? We can help you with that, too!
14-gauge is a typical standard for steel garages, but you may want to consider a thicker 12-gauge for an even sturdier building. The gauge you choose for your metal roofing and any additional siding is up to you, as well. You can select our standard 29-gauge paneling, or upgrade to the sturdier 26-gauge.
A steel garage isn’t much good if you can’t get inside! We offer garage doors in different sizes and varieties, and you can also decide where to place them on your building. Want to add a walk-in door or two? We can do that for you. What about letting in some natural light and ventilation? You can add some windows, too!
Live in an area where certification is required for your building? Or would you just like to have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your building is specifically engineered to withstand designated wind and snow loads? We’re happy to offer certification options for your vertical steel garage.
Your vertical roof garage can be so customized to match your personal tastes in color, too. You select how you want your roof, side paneling, and trim to look. We have many popular color choices for you, and you can mix, match, or even two-tone your colors, as well.
Obviously a vertical garage is ideal for covering 1, 2, 3, or more vehicles, but there are many other ways you can take advantage of these rugged, versatile structures, too. Got other items you’d like to be able to keep safe and secure? You can do all that, and more:
These structures are perfectly designed to offer superior protection for cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, buses, farm vehicles, and more. You really can’t go wrong with using one of these vertical steel garages for housing any and all vehicles!
You can house much more than just vehicles in a vertical garage; you can keep pretty much everything else inside these sturdy metal structures, too. Need to secure your lawn and garden equipment? Seasonal decorations? Recreational equipment? Other items you can no longer fit inside your house? We’ve got you covered.
Maybe you need some dedicated space for being able to work on a vehicle, build your projects, or work on your hobbies. Or perhaps you’d just like to have a convenient place to hang out with your buds or chill with your girls. A custom vertical garage gives you the freedom to make it happen!
A vertical roof garage isn’t just a place to keep cars; a vertical roof garage can also be a place for working on cars. THE BOSS can help you get just the garage you need for backyard shop space, or for a commercial service center.
Our vertical roof metal garages are flexible and versatile enough to use for other applications, too. Add the right insulation and equipment, and you can transform your vertical roof garage into an art studio, music studio, or photography center. We can help you get whatever you need!
THE BOSS can help you design the vertical garage you need, and we’ll have it engineered it to meet your exact requirements. A 12’x21’ vertical garage is a great size for housing one vehicle, but you can adjust the dimensions any way you want, including the width, length, and height. Need to go really big? We can create structures up to 70’ wide, if that’s what will meet your needs. Just let us know how you want to use your building, and we’ll take it from there!
We can help you get your building for less, too. How do we do that, you ask? By working directly with the manufacturers themselves, we can offer you your building for less. Your final price will ultimately be determined by a few factors, including the size of your building, the customization options you choose, and your specific install location. We deliver and install within our service area for no additional charge, too. Looking for some flexible financing options? We offer both traditional financing plans as well as rent-to-own packages for buildings that qualify. If you have more specific pricing questions about a custom vertical garage, just let us know; we’d be happy to talk with you!
One of the first things you should decide is how you plan to use your steel garage. Consider how much space you’ll need to accommodate your vehicles, outdoor items, supplies, or whatever else you plan to house. Factor in the length, width, and height of each of these items so you’re sure to get a large enough garage. In hindsight, many customers wish they’d chosen a bigger building, not a smaller one. Once you’ve made a decision and placed your building order with us, here are some things you should do to get your site ready for installation:

Regular roof garages have a popular rounded look, and feature horizontal roof paneling. Regular roofs are an economical choice, and they offer reliable protection from sun and rain.
The A-frame or boxed-eave garage’s roof looks more like a typical house roof, and includes horizontal roof panels. The A-frame is a strong design which makes for a rugged building.
