Matthew Vann’s Custom 24' x 35' Metal Garage in Brunswick, North Carolina

Matthew Vann chose Boss Buildings for a custom metal garage installed at his property in Brunswick, North Carolina. He needed a strong, fully enclosed structure that could provide dependable storage and stand up to the region’s demanding weather conditions. The finished building measures 24 feet wide, 35 feet long, and 12 feet high. Its 12-gauge steel framing provides added strength, while the vertical roof helps rain, leaves, and debris move off the structure more easily. Matthew selected Pewter Gray wall panels with a white roof and matching white trim. This simple color combination gives the garage a clean appearance that fits naturally with the surrounding property. The building was installed directly on a level and square ground surface. It is certified to withstand wind speeds of up to 145 MPH and a snow load of 35 PSF, providing a strong storage solution for coastal North Carolina conditions. The final result is a well-built 24' x 35' metal garage that meets Matthew’s storage needs and represents an investment he and his family are satisfied with.
