The site work and concrete pad took about a month to complete due to rainy weather. Once the foundation was submitted and approved, the building was scheduled for delivery within 6–8 weeks. After approximately eight weeks, the installation crew arrived and began putting the structure together. Ronald was especially pleased with the installation team, highlighting Dillion and his crew for their professionalism and dedication. The crew worked long 10–12 hour days to complete the installation and paid close attention to the work. Roof performance was another important concern for Ronald. Having read reviews about potential roof leaks caused by improperly tightened screws, he was particularly attentive during installation. In the end, he was happy to report no roof leaks and was very pleased with the finished building.
